Two men -- Jose Hernandez and Gonzalo Garcia -- are also wanted for Truong's murder.

Hernandez is 36 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. According to the defendant, Hernandez ran at the first sight of blood when Truong was attacked almost 15 months ago.

Garcia is 27 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has silver caps on his teeth.

Raleigh police say both men are Hispanic, and they are not sure if they are still in the United States.

According to Raleigh police detectives, Hernandez, Garcia and two other men were seen in front of the victim's Britewash Laundromat throughout much of the day July 26, 2002.

Ortez claims he drank beer and smoked crack cocaine with Hernandez and Garcia, and they discussed robbing Truong. Ortez said he went in to use the restroom and when he heard a man scream, he came out to find Truong being stabbed repeatedly
